At The Peninsula Regent, we offer 207 Independent Living condos and 20 Assisted Living suites.
We offer eight different models of condominiums from one bedroom with a den up to two bedrooms, two bathrooms in a range of sizes all with private decks or balconies.
Yes, we welcome furry friends following a demeanor assessment by the community. Pets are not allowed in the dining areas and some other shared spaces of the community. Community Members temporarily may bring their pets with them provided they are able to care for them and receive approval from the community.
The Peninsula Regent offers: 24-hour front desk and concierge services; weekly housekeeping, an in-home emergency call system; a personal alarm that works throughout the property; a daily check-in system; building and grounds maintenance; copy, fax, scan; mail and package services; scheduled transportation; dry cleaning pickup and delivery; water; sewage and trash services; a Bocce Ball Court; art room; boardroom and penthouse meeting rooms; game room; workshop; a traditional dining room overlooking the Fountain Court; The Bistro (a casual, sunlit atmosphere overlooking the Bocce Ball Court and Rose Garden); Private Dining Room for celebrations and meetings; Fitness & Aquatic Center; hot tub; hair salon; fully stocked library; potting shed; four courtyards—Pool Court Dog Run, Bocce Ball Court and Fountain Court—as well as a putting green and pool table.
We offer two dining venues. The Dining Club is our formal dining room serving dinner Monday–Saturday and brunch on Sundays. The Bistro is our casual dining area serving breakfast and lunch Monday–Saturday. Our menus feature a range of selections including vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. We try our best to make reasonable accommodations/adjustments for any dietary or allergy restrictions.
Our on-site Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment and we offer Yoga Gold Toning/Barre Fusion, Chair Yoga, Mat Yoga & Gentle Yoga, Zumba Gold Toning & Aqua Zumba, Strength and Balance, Stretching, Meditation and Energy, Qigong (Tai Chi), and Fitness Equipment Instruction.
The following are included in our monthly fee: flexible meal plan; weekly housekeeping; concierge and security services; access to continuum of care services; emergency call systems in all condominiums; water, sewer and trash services; planned social, recreational, educational and cultural programs; scheduled transportation; high-speed internet; storage lockers; and access to all of The Peninsula Regent’s fine amenities.
We offer 24-hour security/front desk/concierge services, surveillance cameras, and secure underground parking. All entry points to the building are locked, and all guests/vendors/contractors must check in at the front desk before they are given access into the building.
Yes, there is secure underground parking for Members. There is a fee per spot.
Yes, we offer scheduled transportation services.
