The Peninsula Regent is a nonprofit, membership-based, 60-and-over condominium community in San Mateo, California. As a condo owner, you have a stake in shaping your community.

Spread out over 2 acres in downtown San Mateo, The Peninsula Regent is composed of 207 full-service condominiums, 20 assisted-living studios, and four penthouse guest suites with over 50,000 square feet of club-level space. It is operated by Bay Area Senior Services, Inc., a nonprofit subsidiary of Pacific Retirement Services (PRS). PRS has more than 50 years of continuing care experience and is dedicated to operating a diverse family of nonprofit, senior living communities in 8 states.
