Explore the benefits of an entrance fee

While we outline basic information about contracts and pricing on this pageyou’ll want to clarify details with our sales team before you choose — ensuring you find the contract that aligns best with your personal needs.

Option 1, Entrance fee:

Your entrance fee is determined by the size and style of the apartment you choose and by the entrance fee contract you selectIt’s due when you move in. There are two entrance fee plans for our one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Traditional, non-repayable plan:

  • One-bedroom | Starting at $329,950
  • Two-bedroom | Starting at $483,750

80% repayable plan:

  • One-bedroom | Starting at $514,173
  • Two-bedroom | Starting at $750,000

The entrance fee advantage:

An entrance fee gets you access to future care at discounted rates. Of our two entrance fee contracts, the non-repayable plan amortizes over 48 months, and its initial cost is lower. The 80% repayable contract costs more to begin with but ensures a return to your estate.

Option 2, Condo ownership:

Some of our condominium homes are privately owned and can be priced however the owner wishes. This also applies to offers, as owners are free to accept any offer that works for their situation. Condominium purchases are all-cash.

The appeal of ownership:

An entrance fee gets you access to future care at discounted rates. Of our two entrance fee contracts, the non-refundable plan amortizes over 48 months, and its initial cost is lower. The 80% refundable contract costs more to begin with but ensures a return to your estate.

By owning your condo, you can set your own terms and price and take action when it makes the most sense for your — or your family’s —  time frame and situation.
